Positions: Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Based in South West Florida, our client has a 31 year history of serving the rural indigent and other citizens. Our client provides a variety of services including Adult, Family and Pediatric Medicine, Women’s Health, Adolescent Medicine, Chronic and Infectious Diseases, Work Related Care, Immunizations, Vision, Hearing and Dental. Support services include laboratory and radiology, pharmacy, outreach and health education, social services support, transportation and translation assistance. They are a private Non-Profit, 501c3 “safety net” healthcare provider for Florida’s medically underserved citizens. About 60% of patients are at or below poverty level. About 66% are children. They have been designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and have been accredited by Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO Gold Seal of Approval). They also provide a teaching environment for healthcare students.
